The Journal of Socio-Cultural Space Studies (JKRSB) is a publication expected to emerge as a high-quality scientific discourse focusing on socio-cultural space issues . JKRSB aims to bring research on socio-cultural space from the perspective of social sciences and humanities to a wider academic audience.

Peer Review Process

All draft manuscripts submitted to the Journal of Socio-Cultural Studies (JKRSB) will be processed through double-blind peer reviews reviews where the identity of the author and the best partner do not know each other . The editor will determine whether the submitted manuscript has the suitability of the focus and the scope of the journal before it is processed further to obtain a review from the best partner. Normally, the editor will send notices about the receipt of the manuscript to the author within 2-3 business days of filing. Manuscripts submitted for publication by the Journal of Social-Cultural Space Studies should be original work for the development of intellectual works. Ethically,the author must be able to provide assurance that the manuscript has not been published or is not in the process of publication elsewhere.
All manuscripts are submitted via the online system (OJS) via the website: http://jkrsb.ub.ac.id/ or can send directly to editorial email via: jkrsb@ub.ac.id . The manuscript is submitted in Microsoft Word format. If you are a new user, you will first need to create an account first. Delivery script is done after you successfully create an account and then log into the system (Login) and choose the option "New Submission". You can follow the next steps according to the instructions on your screen. If you encounter difficulties and need guidance, please contact the journal editor via email above.
All manuscripts submitted to JKRSB will be directed to the corresponding editor. The editorial board will determine whether the submitted text meets the JKRSB criteria including the originality, significance, criteria and contribution of the scholar, then the next step of the editor will send the manuscript to the two bestari's partners. The editor will contact the author once the best partner reviews are available. The editors have full authority to determine the final decision of the manuscript based on feedback and comments from the editorial board / partner bestari:
1. Publish
2. Receive with revision (minor)
3. Receive with a major revision (major)
4. Reject
All summaries of reviews and comments from the editor will be given to the author. All of these processes take varying times, but JKRSB guarantees that all processes will take approximately four months from the date of submission of the manuscript.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
